My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and always had a good experience prior to an incident I am about to explain - I want to mention the two main women who work there were always friendly and respectful. But yesterday we were waited on by a women we have never seen before with dark hair. We asked for a title and regestraiton transfer which we have done there over a dozen times at least. We bought a new vehicle via someone on craigslist and they lived over an hour away so we had a copy of their I.D. WHICH WE'VE DONE THERE MULTIPLE TIMES. And this lady straight off the bat treated us so poorly, like we were dumb for asking. It was like she was mad we would even ask. Oh how dare us - we must be the worst people in the world. She had an attitude in her voice and in her posture, arms folded with a sour face. We didn't know it wasn't allowed and she treated us like criminals. At any business that serves customers directly, it's not acceptable to treat people that way. It really was astonishing. It's people like her that makes Delco an undesirable place to be. We told her we've been there before and they've done it every time. She couldv'e handled it so differently. She demanded we tell her who served us before and we didn't want to get the other FRIENDLIER LADIES in trouble so we refused to point fingers. A "I'm sorry, that's not how it works here." without an attitude would've gone a long way. A little CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY! Avoiding this place as long as she is behind the counter.
